We are Propertymark A.R.L.A approved agents, and as such can hold the tenant’s deposit, which will be protected under a Government approved insurance scheme.
After the tenancy agreement is signed, we can continue to look after it under a full management service, including rent collection, regular inspections and organising any repairs or problems the tenant may have.
Alternatively, the management of the property is passed to the landlord on a ‘find a tenant’ agreement.
